About Ben’s Fast Food

  • We ditch the fryer and the mystery ingredients. Everything we serve is made from scratch in our kitchens with real food, and built to make you feel good—at prices that still make sense.

  • Ben’s Fast Food was born from a simple mission: make nutritious food accessible to everyone. We believe healthy food should be fast, delicious, and affordable—not a luxury.

  • Ben is our founder—a chef, entrepreneur, and food lover who believes that everyone deserves access to healthy, great-tasting meals without breaking the bank. He started Ben’s Fast Food to make healthy fast food the norm, not the exception.

  • We’re growing, but not franchised. We’re family owned and operate with a focus on takeout and delivery so we can keep our quality high and prices low while expanding access to clean meals.

  • We cut out dine-in overhead, partner with smart suppliers, operate lean kitchens, operate out of very small footprint locations, and design our menu with whole, minimally processed produce. That means we can invest in better food without charging more for it.

Nutrition & Dietary Needs

  • Definitely. Our meals are high in fiber and protein, and made from real, whole ingredients like whole grains, cruciferous vegetables, and lean proteins—perfect for feeling full without the crash.   • Most bowls range from 450–700 calories depending on how you build them. You can find the exact numbers on our nutrition facts page.

  • Yes! You can create a low-carb bowl by choosing a leafy greens base (our Garden Bowls) and loading up on protein and veggies. While we’re not strictly keto, many of our meals fit keto-friendly goals. Check out the macros and net carbs on our nutrition page and our keto guide for more.

  • Absolutely. We include gut-friendly, prebiotic-rich ingredients like chickpeas, leafy greens, vegetables, and whole grains that support digestion and overall health.

  • Many of our meals can be adapted to Whole30 or paleo guidelines. We don’t use refined sugar, dairy, soy, or gluten—but some bowls do include grains. To see what fits your goals, head to our nutrition and ingredient breakdown.

  • Yes! Our Chicken Hearty Bowl, Pork Hearty Bowl, and Chickpea Potato Mixed Bowls are packed with protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats to help you recover and stay energized.

  • While most of our menu includes ingredients like garlic, onion, or legumes, we do offer a few low-FODMAP-friendly options. The Wagyu Beef Garden Bowl with no sauce is your best bet—it skips grains, beans, and garlic-based sauces. Our Green Smoothie (pineapple, banana, spinach, lime juice, and coconut milk) and Dark Chocolate Cashew Pudding (made with cashews, dates, and cocoa) may also work for some depending on your sensitivity level.   • Yes—many of our meals can be a good fit for people managing diabetes, especially when customized. We focus on whole ingredients with no refined sugar, and our bowls are built around lean proteins, fiber-rich vegetables, and slow-digesting carbs like brown rice and legumes to help support more stable blood sugar levels.

    If you're watching your carb intake, we recommend starting with a Garden Bowl base (made with greens instead of grains), selecting a high-protein option like Wagyu Beef, and adding walnuts or additional vegetables.   • Any of our bowls make a perfect weeknight dinner. Go for a Hearty Bowl with protein, grains, greens, and one of our flavorful sauces like Smoky Chipotle or BFF Ranch.

  • Yes! Everything is made without gluten-containing ingredients, making us a great choice for gluten-sensitive customers.

  • Definitely. All of our meals are dairy-free by default—no cheese, butter, or hidden dairy in any of our sauces or components. Check out our dairy free guide for more.

  • Nope—Ben’s Fast Food is completely soy-free. Our bowls, sauces, proteins, and sides are all made without soy-based ingredients, which makes us a great option for people with soy sensitivities or those avoiding soy altogether.

    That said, we do operate shared kitchens that also prepare meals for our sister brands, Palmita and Umami Express, which may include soy-containing ingredients. While our team follows careful prep procedures and soy is never part of the Ben’s menu, we can’t guarantee zero cross-contact.   • Never. Every item is free from refined sugar. We rely on the natural flavor of whole ingredients and spices—no added sweeteners needed.

  • Our Slow Roasted Chickpea and Potato Mixed Bowl with Lemon Thyme sauce is our most popular bowl. Pro tip: add walnuts for some extra crunch and protein.   • We do our best to make Ben’s a welcoming option for guests with food sensitivities. Our entire menu is gluten free and dairy free, and we clearly label common allergens like nuts, soy, and garlic on our nutrition page.
